Phase key

Bubble point

At a given pressure, the temperature where liquid refrigerant begins boiling into vapor.

Dew point

At a given pressure, the temperature where refrigerant vapor begins condensing into liquid.

Service math: use dew saturation for superheat and bubble saturation for subcooling.
Important: the color/dot blend is a visual cue, not calculated vapor quality. Real coils also have pressure drop and changing composition.

R-454C is a zeotropic A2L blend, so its saturation temperature changes through the two-phase region. This chart helps service professionals keep bubble point, dew point, and temperature glide visible while checking evaporating and condensing pressures.
